Part-Time Farm Hand
For the 2026 season, we’re looking for 1 part-time farm hand to work with us on all aspects of the farm. The right candidate will be passionate about sustainable agriculture and the environment, willing to learn, and enjoy working hard outdoors. Farming experience appreciated, but not required. This position is seasonal and will run from April to late September/early October.
We have a small crew consisting of 1 farm manager, 1 lead farm hand, 1 part-time farm hand, and several workshare volunteers. The part-time farm hand will work primarily under the direction of the farm manager and occasionally the lead farm hand. We work closely as a team most days, but there will be time when the part-time farm hand may need to work alone on a project.
We are also a host farm for Seed-to-Seed Farm School! Folks interested in a more comprehensive experience can apply for this position in addition to an apprenticeship with Seed-to-Seed Farm School. Just let them know you are interested in working with Frontier Farm in your application.
